Recently, Fushine Bio, a holding subsidiary of Jiangxi Fushine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., obtained the "Approval of the Environmental Impact Report on the First Phase of the Jiangxi Fushine Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s Annual Production of 200,000 Tons of Microbial Protein and Its Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project" (Jinggao Xinhuanzi [2024] No. 8) issued by the Jingdezhen High-tech Zone Ecological Environment Bureau.

The approval letter agrees to Fushine Bio's construction of a microbial protein and resource comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 200,000 tons (Phase I), and requires Fushine Bio to adopt clean production processes to reduce pollutants. During the engineering design, construction and production processes, all environmental protection measures and requirements proposed in the environmental impact report must be carefully implemented.

The aforementioned project has received project filing and energy-saving review approval, and construction is proceeding smoothly. Upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of microbial protein and 50,000 tons of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer. This project, built on the company's core technologies of biofermentation and chemical synthesis, will further broaden the company's future development prospects, create room for performance growth, and enhance its profitability and risk management capabilities, in line with its development plan. Furthermore, the alternative protein market is vast and in line with national macroeconomic policies. While meeting growing market demand, it will also contribute to achieving the goals of "dual carbon" and "sustainable development."
