Job Description
1.Draft and maintain documentation related to automation control, including management guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance protocols.
2.Prepare and review automation URS documents, select instrumentation and control equipment, and participate in supplier evaluation and bidding.
3.Research and promote advanced automation technologies, materials, and equipment to enhance system performance.
4.Develop training plans for automation systems and deliver regular training sessions for relevant staff.
5.Support equipment upgrades and new projects, including process control, electrical drawings, documentation review, system validation, and staff training.
6.Oversee automation project management from initiation to completion, covering design, review, bidding, construction compliance, safety, quality verification, budget control, documentation, commissioning, acceptance, and payment.
7.Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans for automation systems and monitor execution.
8.Manage daily operation of control and instrumentation equipment to ensure reliability (maintenance, repair, and performance validation).
9.Guide operators in proper equipment use and establish sound management systems for automated instrumentation.

Qualifications
1.Solid knowledge of automatic control principles, process control, and computer control system standards.
2.Familiarity with instrumentation structures, functions, principles, and technical standards for production process automation, including system operation and maintenance.
3.Proficiency in basic CAD operations and technical drawing review.
