Over thirteen years in production management, I've grown from a technician on the factory floor to a director shaping strategy. Hands-on experience taught me that real authority begins with mastering the basics. Production management is not black-and-white; it's a balance of resources, people, and standards. The higher you go, the more you must guard against the 'experience trap' — past methods of success can become today's limits. As Deputy General Manager overseeing safety, I see safety as an integral part of corporate strategy. Safety management is  about guarding the bottom line and enabling growth. In investment decisions, new project evaluations, and digital transformation, safety must be a priority.
